Amendments: 04 September 2024

The following points were amended by the sitting Board of Trustees on Tuesday, 04 September 2024:

• ARTICLE V: Section 8 amended.
• ARTICLE VI: Section 5 added.
• ARTICLE VII: Section 4 added.
• ARTICLE VIII: Section 2 added.

Other minor adjustments include the pending use of "Chairman" and "Vice Chairman" in place of the "Executive Director" and "Assistant Director" for the Executive Committee members and the adjustment of "Advisory Council" to "Advisory Board" throughout the Bylaws.
