In Japan we are still without public support as RAINN, and I doubt not many Asian countries either. The external link to RAINN is helpful when you have much time between training on the dashboard and the event, being fluent in English and aware of the subject. Do you find this link an alternative source for Japan? (SARC says starting in 2017 and by 2020 Japanese government will expand RAINN-type network with at least one office per 46 prefectures.) I am afraid it might confuse Wikimedians in Japan they are requested to take care of this subject to that extent anyway. --Omotecho (talk) 15:43, 22 May 2017 (UTC)
