Global reminder bot entry

Hi @Leaderboard, thanks for submitting an entry! A couple of thoughts:

• I wonder if the 2nd link (Global reminder bot/Proposal) ought to be page-moved to a clearer title? If I understand correctly, it is purely about Translation, so that might be a suitable title?
• At that linked page, I suggest it might help to have a complete list of existing translations, so that editors can easily check if anything at all exists for their language, or navigate directly to an existing translation to see if it needs updates. -- I tried a preview of a {{Special:Prefixindex/Global reminder bot/|hideredirects=1|stripprefix=1}}, but that automated listing pulls in too many inapplicable subpages, so the listing probably needs to be manual (or some of those subpages shuffled around)
• I believe the Tech News entry's main goal is to inform folks about new translation options in the message that is sent, but with implicit sub-goals of making folks aware of it at all, and getting more initial-translations. I think it might be clearer if rewritten a bit. How does this alternative seem to you? (Or can you adapt them both into a merged version?)
  • The Global reminder bot, which is a service for notifying users that their temporary user-rights are about to expire, now supports using the localized name of the user-group in the message heading. Translators can see the listing of existing translations and documentation to check if their language needs updating or creation.
  • (For easy comparison, here's the current version:
  • Global reminder bot now supports using the "human-readable" name of the right (for example, Administrators instead of sysop) in the title if preferred, using the $2 parameter. See this page for more details.
• Relatedly, I'd suggest highlighting the new documentation about the heading alternatives ($1 vs $2) in that documentation page itself. by using the {{highlight}} template, or similar. (an inline (New!) for example)

• No issues with changing the title (only that a redirect is needed so as not to break existing links). "Proposal" indeed is a misnomer - it was named as such when that page had a different purpose.
• Indeed, I was trying to use PrefixIndex to show only the translations, but I couldn't find a way to do so. Indeed we can consider moving the pages around, but quite a few redirects (+ some changes to the code) would be needed.
• The suggestion on the text itself looks good to me.
