Reasons of disqualification

There is enough confirmations that this user is involved in random e-mail canvassing to collect votes for him. Also this is not the first time that he is being accused for this (an example of related complain in last election). Although canvassing is not a written reason to be disqualified, but in order to keep the election fair and per the consensus of the members or the Election Committee, this candidate is disqualified.
