I found a cross-wiki LTA in 91.123.144.0/20, active in enwiki, ruwiki, ukwiki, ru.wiktionary and so on. For example, the disruptive edits can be seen clearly in ru.wiktionary: [1] A global block is needed, but I'm unsure about its term: this range has never been blocked globally (a 6-month local block is currently active in en.wiktionary), so maybe it should start from 1 month. — 2A00:1370:8186:2EDD:A863:1F0A:6F9D:22C3 22:38, 16 February 2025 (UTC)

I need to request to lock these accounts because they are sockpuppets of a serial vandal abusing from different wikis. Even though they stopped over years, but please lock these accounts to prevent further vandalism by any chance. - seems to me like normal vandal accounts. there are thousands of accounts with similar names, created by random people to do a nonsense edit and no longer used after being locally blocked. no need for steward action for inactive accounts. Johannnes89 (talk) 09:33, 26 February 2025 (UTC)

- If we wanted to lock every local vandal just for the vague possibility that they might turn to xwiki vandalism – and also do that for inactive accounts like the ones you reported – we would drain all available resources from stewards without much benefit, because it's easy to just create new accounts.
