Archiving
Just thought: is there a problem that people who are not in charge of creating accounts archive past requests either accepted, rejected or left without reply to question(s), specially if there is written criteria for archiving? --Aphaia 09:45, 24 October 2006 (UTC)

Email confirmation
Aparantly, if someone requests an account on the foundation wiki, they have to provide an email adress and therfroe disclose it to the public, I would therefore recommend that if possible, someone requesting an account at meta not specify their primary email adress, and then change it to that once they have logged in. - Thank you for your recommendation, but their mail address is need at the moment we create them new accounts and send them passwords. I don't want to add more steps and increase my workload. --Aphaia 16:42, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
- What Myrt is suggesting will still work, the user (not you) would perform the change in their preferences. It shouldn't increase your workload. Cbrown1023 talk 15:25, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

- This request is rejected. As of yet, Aeonimitz is not a sysop on Malay Wikipedia (ms:Special:Listusers/sysop). He is either not active on meta. --Aphaia 11:00, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
