Closure reverted
[edit]This proposal was closed within an hour of being created, without explanation in the edit summaries, reference to the Closing projects policy, or even a courtesy note to the creator [Edit: but with closing Comment in the {{Closing project proposal}} template, which I missed. Rd232 (talk) 17:54, 19 February 2012 (UTC)]. I have reverted this. Your options are
- explain how this proposal contravenes closure policy
- ignore the proposal
- oppose it without constructive engagement with the points made
- constructive engagement with the points made - whether opposing, or supporting or just commenting.

- Hum, I see now that the (original) closer, User:SPQRobin, is a member of LangCom, so per Closing_projects_policy#Decision the unexplained closure must be on the basis that the discussion will be "harmful". I'm asking for clarification. Rd232 (talk) 17:31, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
- I see that the page was deleted, so it isn't possible to read the previous discussion either. --Stefan2 (talk) 17:36, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
- Which page? The proposal page hasn't been. Rd232 (talk) 17:52, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
