Closure reverted

This proposal was closed within an hour of being created, without explanation in the edit summaries, reference to the Closing projects policy, or even a courtesy note to the creator [Edit: but with closing Comment in the {{Closing project proposal}} template, which I missed. Rd232 (talk) 17:54, 19 February 2012 (UTC)]. I have reverted this. Your options are

1. explain how this proposal contravenes closure policy
2. ignore the proposal
3. oppose it without constructive engagement with the points made
4. constructive engagement with the points made - whether opposing, or supporting or just commenting.

Hum, I see now that the (original) closer, User:SPQRobin, is a member of LangCom, so per Closing_projects_policy#Decision the unexplained closure must be on the basis that the discussion will be "harmful". I'm asking for clarification. Rd232 (talk) 17:31, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
