1. Reason for removal of few executive members without prior intimation is required. If change is needed let there be discussion on that. All the members need to be changed. Let others get the chance to be as the executive members. I was truly shocked to be informed that Mrs. Vinoda Mamata Rai, such an active and pioneering member, was removed from the Executive Committee without any prior notification.--Hariprasad Shetty10 (talk) 15:26, 21 April 2025 (UTC)

Since 2017, I have been serving as an executive member of the Karavali Wikimedians and have remained an active and committed member of the community. However, I was recently removed from the executive committee without any prior notice or communication. At the same time, new members have been added to the executive committee, and I am seeking clarity on the basis of my removal.

If the entire committee is being reshuffled, I would like to know why few of the existing members continue to remain on the committee. As per the bylaws, members are supposed to be selected through an election process. I would like to know when such an election was conducted, as I am unaware of any such development.

ನಾನು ಕರಾವಳಿ ವಿಕಿಮೀಡಿಯನ್‌ನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯನಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧ ಸದಸ್ಯನಾಗಿ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ, ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪೂರ್ವ ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನಂಶ ಇಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊಸ ಇಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ಇಡೀ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಸತಾಗಿ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಕೆಲವು ಹಳೆಬರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಯಾಕೆ. ಹೊಸತಾಗಿ ರಚಿಸುವುದಾದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. . ಅಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ, ಅಂತಹ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಹಿಂದೆ ಕೂಡ ಅದೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯಾರನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ, ತಾವುಗಳು ಯಾವುದೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು, ಯಾವುದೆ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ನೀಡದೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ವಿಷಯ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಬದ್ದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರಕಾರದ ನೊಂದಾಯಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಬದ್ದ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ಅದೂ ಯಾವುದು ನಡೆಸದೆ ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೈಲಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಮೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ್ತವ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿದವರು ಸಂಘದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ ಇರಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಹೊರಗಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ್ತವ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಾನು ಅಲ್ಲಿನವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದು. ಬೈಲಾದ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ.ಬೈಲಾವನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ ಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು. ಹೊರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯವರು
