Ideas for content
[edit]In Milan we talk about several ideas, here some, do not hesitate to add yours. Charles Andrès (WMCH) 05:48, 11 May 2013 (UTC)
- The word of the chapters: one or two sentence per chapter about what they want (activities done or planned) in the language they want. The idea is to have a easy way to share infos, and creating the reflex to do it. I already hope that translation will be done by volunteers
- Chapter's dialogue: each month an interview of one or two Chapter's board member, on the basis of the work of WMDE about chapter's dialogue

[edit]Thank you for putting this together!
I have put Wikimedia Chapters Association/Journal on my watchlist; is this the best way to subscribe or is there something else I should do?

- My thanks also! Very helpful for following what's going on at a distance!
- I am sending thoughts of encouragement to you Mr. Ziko, my dear civilized European colleague. Your efforts at socializing our group are important, but must feel a lot like you are herding cats. We need more in-person cross-national meetings to share experiences and establish ongoing working relationships. The sorts of organizational structures you have been working so hard to create can take shape pretty quickly when it's time, but only if we all make an ongoing effort to stay on good terms and keep collaboration active. If the cats wander around a bit, that's ok as long as they're still moving forward with improving the encyclopedia, and upholding the general movement values. Multi-level governance with overlapping jurisdictions just takes longer to put together than a single governance structure defined by geographic scope ... Djembayz (talk) 23:58, 12 August 2013 (UTC)
Slash
[edit]Hi, I'm wondering why there's a weird slash interrupting the title. Tony (talk) 01:26, 14 May 2013 (UTC)
