About taWS book list

I added the 5 books hereand also to the contest tool. The 5 books are selected from the suggestions of this local discussion page. At the same day, 4th November, User:Sridhar G added, another 10 books are added without any notice to our community. Earlier to this, 3rd November he added 6 books without any notice to our contributors. I think this is not good practice and also he should get opinion from our local contributors. @Jayanta (CIS-A2K): Thanks for your information. see the discussion i already informed when i decided to add 6 books i hope you read/understand Tamil. Second time i added without any discussion because we had no time to discuss. I got the message from user when almost all the books are done.
