Talk:History of user rights

Hmm...

I guess I like the idea of increased historical coverage of user rights, I just don't see why it particularly merits its own page and why relevant material here can't just be integrated into the respective articles on each of the rights. Some of the respective wouldn't really be an appropriate place to put software-related history (like CheckUser). It also makes it easier to follow some trends (some groups were direct results of others and such). --MZMcBride 00:15, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
