Definition open ended, and no indication of who decides on what is harassment in any given case
[edit]The definition given states that harassment "may include but is not limited to" a list of things that most people would accept as being harassment. The problem will come when one of those things that is not on the list is reported.
- Who will decide whether it is harassment?
- What standards will be applied?
- What society's norms will be applied?
- What recourse will the person accused of such harassment have to avoid unfair discrimination?
- What checks and balances will prevent gaming the system?
