Variable for last name

I notice that we have {{ticket.requester.first_name}} as (presumably) a variable to be replaced with first names. Do we have one for the last name? I'm asking this because in Japanese you would use 「<last name> 様」 (which roughly corresponds to "Dear Mr./Ms. <last name>") much more frequently than 「<first name> さん」, or "Hi <first name>" when you are expected to write professionally. Calling with last names is especially important in business mails such as Fundraising_2012/Translation/Donor_email_response, which are supposedly polite enough. --whym (talk) 06:37, 16 September 2012 (UTC)
