Better solution

As opposed to a loading bar, which is useless for a normal user (will explain) a much better message would be ie.

Status: Enqueued, On hold, Executed

Eventhough I see no added value with such message it might be of informational nature to some users. A loading bar wouldn't work because the renaming system is not automatic, but manual, hence the responding times vary. A loading bar might be beneficial to global renamers on the renaming progress page. Outside of that page, I don't think a loading bar would be feasible.
