@JWheeler-WMF: What I'm wanting is the formatting to match that of other infoboxes such as island infoboxes (e.g. :en:Oaia Island prominently showing 'Native name: Motu-ō-Haea') - changing both the order of where the name is, but also the formatting. I'm not sure whether that's the former or latter, I've never coded an infobox before. Prosperosity (talk) 06:47, 30 July 2024 (UTC)

This seems like something you could discuss and request on the talk page of the relevant infobox. It doesn't require any technical changes in the core software or cross wiki coordination or anything. —TheDJ (talk • contribs) 08:03, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
