Not a training, but a empowerment. (suggestions)
[edit]Nice initiative, however should be not a training, but a empowerment, showing the whys this things works in the way that they work, the values, and objectives. So a step back, illustrating the Free Culture, and the whole Wikimedia Movement behind the Wikipedia could improve the final quality of this tutors.
Especially because you started with image upload, normally, by experience, I let this topic at the final end, because they should be dominating free license, interwikis, wiki-markup, categories, ... to upload a image. And even so, we have another issues with copyright and another restrictions as trademarks, personality rights... And they must understand most of that, otherwise, the work will cause frustration, and creates complications to the Wikimedia Commons community.
Another point, they need to be included in the Communities, if they don't acquire this feeling of belonging, and the community don't accept as well, the programme will not yield. Rodrigo Tetsuo Argenton m 11:18, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
- In this month we have started working on this program, as you may have noticed updates and changes in these pages in the last few days. We totally agree with your suggestion that is an empowerment. We have update in the program details page.
About the topics you have mentioned: as you can see now the program is divided into three parts: a) Admins, b) potential admins, c) editors. We are working on redesigning the course. --Tito☸Dutta 09:18, 22 December 2015 (UTC)
