Talk:Balkan NPOV page/principles
Add topicInitial principles
[edit]- All controversial issues should be described in strict NPOV manner.
This should stay even it is the basic principle of Wikipedia. Very often, people forget this principle. --Millosh 15:04, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
- Participators should try to implement pages on their local Wikipedias.
If there is no such intention, there is no need for this pages. --Millosh 15:04, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
- Participators should take care about extremists from their own ethnicity.
Better idea is that some Serb revert Serbian extremist edit then some Croat, etc. --Millosh 15:04, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
- Participators should try to solve controversial issues one by one.
I think it is better to solve one by one problem. Working on a lot problems at the same time can't make results. When problem is done, translations, minor edits, etc. should be welcome. For higher volume of updates we should talk again. --Millosh 15:04, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
- Good start for all of controversial issues are talk pages about that matter at English Wikipedia.
Maybe it is not good idea. But, more people would talk about some issue at it's talk page at en: then here. The second option can be template which would say that we are talking here about that issue and that all people are welcome to participate. --Millosh 15:04, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
- We should make some kind of template on all Wikipedias which communities want to implement this principles. Template should verify that there is wide agreement about that issue.
That kind of verification can partialy sumblimize editing without talk. Also, it can call people to talk here about controversial issues. --Millosh 15:04, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
