Re: a majority of the voting members

This sentence doesn't explicitly state what kind of majority is required. Probably, however, it's meant to be an absolute majority, especially as there doesn't seem to be a provision on minimum number of attendees to a resolution. Technically, I believe it means simply the larger part of the total of yes or no votes. The rules of pocedures specifies a method for members to abstain, where a majority could be less than half of all members. In practice, it is absolute majority, yes. -Bence (talk) 21:04, 6 July 2015 (UTC)
