I've been BOLD and redone this as a proposal page, rather than a discussion page, with lots of separate headings so edits are less likely to get tangled. OK? --Filceolaire 22:59, 27 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

I've undone some of your changes. Please don't edit the signed comments of other users. I've also added signatures to the bits you added. If we were all agreed on what the pros and cons were, this would be a much easier discussion. However, we aren't agreed, so anything added to this page is the opinion of a specific individual and should therefore be signed. --Tango 23:45, 27 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
Can't we have the discussion here and then put the conclusions (or a summary of the discussion) on the Content page? --Filceolaire 12:35, 28 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
I doubt we'll reach any clear conclusions. This isn't the kind of discussion that is going to end up with a consensus. --Tango 21:36, 28 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
I agree that this page is more to collect a list of views to help Sue in their final recommendation than a consensus analysis of arguments in favor and against. But it can be interesting to know where we don't agree and if those disagreements are because somebody else think a statement is not accurate or because he think it is against instead of being in favor.... Perhaps the discussion page can be useful for this and perhaps after discussing we can reach some kind of partial consensus.--Gomà 11:40, 29 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
Surely we can agree what the alternatives are and what the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative are even if we disagree over the relative weight to give different items. --Filceolaire 14:20, 29 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
I doubt it. For example, I've given "it's fair" as a reason in favour of one of the options. I doubt everyone is going to agree that that is true. It's more than just weighting the different items, there are going to be disagreements on whether they are even true. --Tango 12:44, 30 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
