• Personal info: Hello, I am Wykypydya. I have been editing and contributing to Wikipedia for a long time. I know a good deal about policies and practices that happen in Wikipedia and other projects. What I most like to fix about articles is their links to other articles, categorization, and tagging them for problems using templates, because I feel these are the most important matters in making the encyclopedia more dynamically tied together. I usually believe in inclusionism over exclusionism, but on the other hand I know how to be neutral and consider multiple points of view. My primary language is English, but I also know Spanish from secondary school. I am a computer programmer and I think this would come in handy in being a Steward. If elected Steward I will do my best to serve the Wikimedia community fairly and with integrity and good judgment.

J'ai une bonne connaissance des règles et des pratiques qui ont cours sur Wikipédia et les autres projets. 1. You have never been an administrator. Stewardship requires knowledge of administrative and other tools. Do you think you will be at all handicapped by never having been an administrator on any project? Can you give us some examples of things you've done that demonstrate your abilities, regarding your experience in 3 English-language WP projects and not having SUL account?    • Thanks for this suggestion -- I put a request in for SUL. Although I have never been an admin before, I have read about differences in the admin features and I think it will be a fairly easy transition to use the different interface. I have also read about protocols i.e. how users make and register bots. --Wykypydya 00:20, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

4. Previous experience with restricted access: (This is a question for every candidate, feel free to copy and answer if I missed anyone) What previous sysop, checkuser, oversight, or bureaucrat experience, if any, do you have? If your answer is none (which presumably it is since you already said you have no sysop experience in your statement), why do you think you're especially well suited to be a steward? If you have some, please tell us about a particularly challenging real situation (omitting any private information) and how you handled it? (unless you feel answering Avjoska sufficed) If you have none, feel free to discuss a hypothetical situation instead.
