  - Hmm! You changed mine, rohit and bhavani gautum user group to temporary admin inspite of 5-7 votes in favour.I was agree for not granting bureaucrat access because atleast some admins should be there before we promote any body as bureaucrat on a wiki.But temporary access is granted only when we have no vote in vaour or 1 or 2 vote in vaour.We provided consensus link as required but you simply took your own decision to grant us a temporay adminship without any policy of such kind.--Mayur ^{(talk•Email)} 18:11, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

      - Then why your steward hanbook was not followd for users who have already been granted permanent sysops and bureaucrat flag on these small projects.This permanent sysops and bureacrats are inactive since 2-3 years.
