Accounts migrated to global

Number of local accounts merged per day, excluding those that are by "login" or "new", which are usually autocreation. Includes auto-merging upon login and maintenance script runs. You can see the graph on this page on mediawiki.org.

ConfirmAndMigrate

On 12-13 February 2015 the Wikimedia Foundation sent out emails to approximately 81,000 email addresses registered to accounts that were never confirmed and the accounts were not globalized. This email contained a link with a token that would confirm one's email address as well as globalize the account.

Rename progress

Messaging by MassMessage to the talk pages of all accounts scheduled to be renamed began on 16 February 2015. The table below shows the progress of diminishing accounts that clash along with increased rename requests.
