[edit]Analysis
[edit]The following plots represent the activation rate for cohorts of monthly registered users on the English Wikipedia since 2007.[1] We compute how many new registered users reach a specified level of activity in the main namespace (1, 5, 10, 100 edits) within 30 days of registering a new account.
This plot compares the e5 and e10 series above with monthly New Wikipedians (based on the canonical definition).
Notes
[edit]- ↑ We limit our analysis to users registered after 2007 because of inconsistencies in the logging table with 2005-2006 data.
