Research:Committee/Areas of interest/Researcher starter kit

This subgroup will work on the creation of a researcher starter kit to facilitate access by researchers to Wikimedia's resources and avoid duplication of effort, i.e. make sure that researchers have a good, clear landing page ("Here's what you do if you want to research Wikimedia") that explains all this.
