submitted verification final decision
This proposal has been rejected.
This decision was taken by the language committee in accordance with the Language proposal policy based on the discussion on this page.

The closing committee member provided the following comment:

conditionally approved: This language is well-established, has a wide audience, and a standard code. However, a successful test project must be established before the wiki is created. If you are interested in editing a Sindhi Wikibooks, please contribute to the Sindhi Wikibooks test project (as of this comment it does not exist; see the Incubator main page for instructions). —{admin} Pathoschild 00:03:21, 01 March 2007 (UTC) 00:36, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
Since this request was conditionally approved over a month ago, the test project has still not been created and there has been no response to comments on the request page. It does not have sufficient interested users to conform to the current requisites for conditional approval. —{admin} Pathoschild 04:04:11, 08 April 2007 (UTC)
