- What worked well?
Well, the general campaign of wiki loves monuments and launching of the network was very ok.
- What did not work so well?
The challenges was that majority that fill the google form for the physical event dont show up but we were able to solves the problem.
- What would you do differently next time?
We have been training our members and participants on wikipedia and wikicommon, however, we wish our next focus should be on wikidata and how is link to other wikimedia projects

- promotional materials like banner, e-flys = #25,000
- Customized T-Shirt for Exco, 3000X7 = #21,000
- Food and drinks with water 2000 per person which is 2000 x 37 = #74,000
- Data Support for facilitators and participants = #45,000
- local running = #30,000
- Souvenir = #20,000 which was used for our guest of honor during the lunching.
- Rental of projector, sound and others = #40,000
- Alternative power supply in case of power outrage = #15,000
*Total ======= #270,000
