Outcome[edit]

Target outcome Achieved outcome Explanation
3 Events which includes a Virtual training on the 19th of August, 2023, a Physical event on the 26th, August, 2023 and a Virtual Contest . we successfully implemented the 3 events we had a zoom event which had 10 person attendance and a and the physical event had 7 members in attendance
20 Number of participants 17 persons attended (10 virtual attendees while 7 attended Physically. we obviously did not meet up with our target here, most likely because of low publicity , this would definitely require more team work and more timely publicity subsequently.
5 Number of new editors we had 5 new editors join the network, 3 from the online event, while 2 from the Physical event we can do more .
20 Number of of articles created or improved we successfully created

3 articles, 20 References added, 6 pictures uploaded on commons, 434 edits

  • What worked well? The Trainer was very detailed and we were able to execute the project goals on time
  • What did not work so well? we had poor publicity which led to low attendance.
  • What would you do differently next time? more team participation and publicity.
