What worked well was that all participants demonstrated a clear understanding of how to create, edit and add items on Wikidata.
- What did not work so well?
The challenge I encountered was that many participants wanted to enter the dashboard but were unable to enter.
- What would you do differently next time?
Next time, I will improve and encourage the participation of participants in the dashboard by starting communication early, setting specifications, organizing events, and alerts. This will make it easier for participants to access the dashboard without any problems.

I spent ₦34500 for food and drinks, and I pent ₦30000 for event hall, I spent ₦23000 for data support to the participants and facilitators, I spent ₦3000 for the transportation of 3 facilitators, I spent ₦10000 for hiring the projector, I spent ₦10000 on contingency, I spent ₦10000 for banner, I also spent ₦30000 for the gift to the top 3 editors
