Learning[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

There was active participation. The training of photo upload was successful with the use of projector. Many participants uploaded for the first time. Beautiful cultural event photos were uploaded.

  • What did not work so well?

Few new participants could be registered. Again in the dashboard some participants could not load their photos. The WUGN offer of data instead of monetizing it did not work so well with the participants.

  • What would you do differently next time?

Enforcing all uploads by every participant.

Anything else you want to share about your project? Yes, there were 3 new volunteers that could be registered that day. We tried registering them but it was difficult. I am still on them though
