PhilWiki Community/Outreach/Wiki Takes Bacolod Goals

The aim of Wiki Takes Bacolod is to encourage contributors to capture as many photographs as possible of sights in the City of Bacolod for Wikipedia articles that need them.

Tips:

Significance of the subjects - Only public buildings, religious structures and educational institutions with historical and cultural significance and older than 50 years should be photographed.
Quality of shots - High resolution, focused, proper framing and exposure are the basic requirements for the photographs to earn points.
Source - Photographs to be uploaded must be taken by participants during the activity.
Uploading - Only photographs which the participants wish to contribute must be uploaded on Wikimedia Commons using the category Category:Wiki Takes Bacolod.
Description - At least one sentence background information about the subject must be provided as a description of the photograph.

Uploading must be done on or before November 30, 2024.
