• Start with reflections on your processes and outputs made so far (create an inventory, flag possible obstacles for open sharing, check whose contribution/knowledge needed to e.g. clear copy rights etc and how to make sure that the effort required is calculated in project timelines)
• Adding a decision tree to check where they are, what decisions are made, where is room for flexibility, check both advice re. retrospectively, and down

  • Starting a new project can be relevant, in different combinations.
