This report summarizes the activities of the Ombudsman Commission for the 6-month period that ended December 31, 2018.
Composition
Pajz continued to fill in as a full member following Lankiveil's death.

During the reporting period, a total of 14 incidents were reported to the Ombudsman Commission. They are summarized below:

In addition, one case based on incidents reported in the first half of the year was concluded during the reporting period. Of the 14 cases brought to a conclusion by the Ombudsman Commission during the reporting period, none led to a report to the Wikimedia Foundation pursuant to the applicable 2006 and 2015 Board resolutions.
