Expression by a meeting agreed and decision making in solving dispute and conflict

The following bulleting are precautions and decision making on any conflict or dispute which might arise upon Nigerian Commons Photographers User Group, a way to shun direct or indirect conflicts, dispute or violation.

• Univer Code of Conduct: The most important aspect of solving dispute, conflict and violation in Wikimedia is to follow the simple rules and guidelines of Universal Code of Conduct, in that case, this User Group will hundred percent abide by the general Universal Code of Conduct which will be imposed soon, moreover, any dispute, conflict or violation which might arise from this User Group or upon this User Group will be solved using the Universal Code of Conduct protocols. Following the instructions of the the Universal Code of Conduct is the best and number one priority of this User Group in solving dispute resolution.
• User Group Creation Guidelines: This User Group will follow the Wikimedia movement affiliates/Creation guides provided.

• Friendly Space Policy: The usergroup created a friendly space where everyone is welcome within the movement. A space that allows easy access to information belonging to the group and any other information available.

1. This also entails that, working with other affliate, giving support and giving attentions and attendance to anyone needed.
2. The usergroup group also intents to work with other affliate, group and any branch of Wikimedia movement and event the community in general in other to achieve the overall general objectives of Wikimedia movement.
3. The usergroup is ready and very clear about it scope and will work only and within it's officially announced and recognized as NCPUG Scope.
4. The usergroup is utmostly ready to listen to any comments, recommendation, observation and talks in any matter.
5. The usergroup has in no any formal way to interfere or go against any affiliate or group in the movement.
6. The usergroup also plans to work hand in hand with other affliate.
