My "No Information"

My "No Information" is a php script running on the toolserver, written by Magnus Manske.
The script can be used to identify files on Wikimedia Commons, uploaded by a particular user, that do not make use of commons:Template:Information or commons:Template:Painting to present file meta data in a standardised fashion.
The tool lists all uploads that do not comply and allows a direct edit link and an assisted edit link. Assisted editing tries to place the present information into the Information template, although some fixes are still needed.
