17 to 31 January: Vote on the Revised Enforcement Guidelines for the Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC)
The Enforcement Guidelines for the Universal Code of Conduct will undergo a second community-wide ratification vote from 17 to 31 January 2023. This follows the March 2022 vote, which resulted in a majority of voters supporting the Enforcement Guidelines. More details about the vote are available in this page.
The Movement Charter Drafting Committee announces a program inviting any willing community member to become an "ambassador" in bringing the Movement Charter conversations to their community.
If you are interested in Movement Strategy, you are invited to join the Movement Strategy Forum, a new platform that supports multilingual conversations and community collaboration.

The first Movement Charter consultation (held from 20 November to 19 December) is now concluded. A feedback report will be shared in January 2023. The next feedback round will take place in mid 2023.
The Committee released its regular monthly update from December 2022. It includes highlights about an upcoming proposal for ratifying the Movement Charter, the community consultation on the first drafts, and the new drafting groups for drafting the Charter.
The report highlights the conversations and conclusions of the Wikimedia Summit 2022 (held on 9-11 September). The results include an experimental mapping of Movement Strategy implementation activities, and conversations about the Movement Charter, hubs and resources.

Join the Movement Charter "Ask Me Anything" meetings (held on 12 November) and consultation/discussion meetings (held from 20 November to 9 December). The meeting times fit many regions and time zones.
The Wikimedia Summit, which is resuming after a three year interruption, is being organized as a hybrid event (both in Berlin and online). The Summit will be dedicated to Movement Strategy. It will be an opportunity for Wikimedia affiliates to map out their work on the Strategy, and to launch collaborations for the Movement Strategy implementation.
