Community engagement around product design and UX
Improving the User Experience of the Wikimedia platform should be based on community engagement around the user experience design. This means that communities should be informed about the current state of user experience, for example: through a specific platform or newsletter. Communities should also be invited to take part in improving the user experience, for example: by taking the responsibility of developing certain user experience features.
Community engagement around product design and UX:
- Inform communities about the state of UX, collaborate on needs, and support them in taking responsibility to be more inclusive by addressing barriers that prevent growth, diversification, and participation.
