Change 7 day deadline to 14 days
Not all of us are online consistently. I sometimes take camping trips that leave me with no internet access for as long as a week. Could we please change the response deadline from 7 days to 14 days? What's the rush? Kaldari (talk) 19:13, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
- The policy is loose enough already as those admins don't lose their rights immediately, but have 7 days time to say if they want to keep them. Making over ten actions requiring admin privileges during six months should not be that hard for active administrators. Stryn (talk) 19:20, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
- This is a bit of a perennial proposal. Which I support every time it comes up! But the community as a whole seems to be set against it. – Ajraddatz (talk) 19:51, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
- I feel the same as Stryn. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 12:44, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
- I am OK with the current policy. RadiX∞ 15:45, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
- I personally am not, I am concerned with people making >10 edits but not using the flag at all, and perpetually signing. --Rschen7754 18:23, 2 October 2017 (UTC):
- Same as here. Matiia (talk) 01:13, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
- Yep. --MF-W 03:12, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
- Comment I have no issue with the request for change, it seems perfectly reasonable. I would support 14 days. — billinghurst sDrewth 12:11, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
