Hello! Previously, I served here on meta as TA from Oct. 28, 2016 to Jan. 11, 2017. It was revoked by MarcoAurelio due to my bad(s). I think, I can be trusted and given the flag again to work on WACN project pages which i am coordinating right now. I would also love to help where the TA tools allow me, and when i feel i can help. I believe, I'm more experienced than that of the past days. Please checkout my recently prepared page for translation. Kind regards, — Tulsi Bhagat (contribs | talk) 13:06, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support, Tulsi is active as Wikimedia user group members and coordinator, and has the need to use Translation Administrator to tag page for translation. I see no concern regarding pass mistake, I even have the opinion that the removal was unnecessary, if Tulsi can reduce the works of other Translation Administrator, why not?--AldnonymousBicara? 13:11, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support. Looks good, Tulsi has been doing good work lately and it doesn't look like he'll abuse the tools. Hiàn (talk) 14:06, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support. Demonstrated need and should be clueful enough to handle the tools responsibly.--Cohaf (talk) 15:45, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support Very active User. He is deserve it -J. Ansari Talk 16:46, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose Given the user's past history (as explained [https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Global_permissions/2019-03#Global_sysop_for_Tulsi_Bhagat here) I cannot support this. --Rschen7754 18:11, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Prior behavioral issues which have been rectified should not influence the outcome of this request. Translation adminship isn't a high-risk userright, and they could use it beneficially for what they're currently coordinating. Vermont (talk) 20:29, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Have the issues been rectified? --Rschen7754 22:33, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- I strongly believe so, yes. Vermont (talk) 01:50, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

- Support The interaction with the users is minimal with this right, the problems of sp have a lesser impact than with other rights, the worries are of 2017 and to finish the rights acquired in other wikis, in particular TA, do not seem to be a problem. According to the translations, they are very numerous, with a calm in 2017 obviously, since May 2015. For me, I do not see any insurmountable problem. --Eihel (talk) 22:31, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose per Rschen. Coming back to the community just over a month after your last request for more rights is odd, so there seems to be a trend of you requesting elevated rights without much success. Nihlus 00:41, 20 April 2019 (UTC)
- Nihlus. IMO Translation Administrator are not elevated rights, it's technical by nature, TA only exist to activate tags and delete translation subpages by using fuzzybot, abusing this seems doesn't make any sense to me since Tulsi have similar experience with commit patch on gerrit and do track translation bugs like this phab:T221119, when other TA are bogged down by this bugs, I would love to get help from another tech savvy TA like Tulsi. Regarding past mistake, its almost unrelated because the nature of GS do can interfere with local editorial dispute if used wrongly, and in my opinion, TA can't be abused this way. And as addendum his language skill is a net positive and I want to have TA from nepalese language for Usergroup in Indian region.--AldnonymousBicara? 05:04, 20 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support Tulsi does some good work and I think can be trusted with non-sysop rights. – Ajraddatz (talk) 05:41, 20 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support. Yes, Tulsi made mistakes in the past knowingly or unknowingly, but let us not waste time raking over the ashes when there are lots of work to be done for the benefit of community and Wikipedia as a whole. Tulsi has been doing good works lately. Let bygones be bygones!!--Sandeep Raut (talk) 15:57, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

- Support I wasn't that happy with your MediaWiki request for adminship, but this seems fine. I also echo other users' views on that past bad behaviour should not be taken against them if the user has improved from that. Leaderboard (talk) 18:31, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support No concerns with this particular request, though I do agree with Rschen generally, and I would advise you to slow down a bit in trying to acquire rights here. TonyBallioni (talk) 00:41, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support It's only been 2 years since your account was locked for Cross-wiki abuse. In your favour, beforehand you had translationadmin on this wiki, and you already have it on Commons. On balance, I guess I would be comfortable with this appointment, but I agree with peers above who encourage you prove yourself before requesting any more rights --AGK ■ 17:59, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
- Support I think Tulsi should be fine now. —Atcovi (Talk - Contribs) 23:55, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
