Meta:Requests for translation adminship/Erboldilyara

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Hi, everyone! I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request adminship for translation. I have been a cross-wiki translator for many years, particularly serving as a translator between Russian-Kazakh Wikipedia and English-Kazakh Wikipedia. Please check my page on Kazakh Wikipedia, where you can find over 800 articles that I have translated from other Wikipedias into Kazakh Wikipedia. In total, I have contributed more than 2,500 articles and made over 4,500 edits on Kazakh Wikipedia.

Now, I would like to expand my scope of work and contribute to translations on Meta. You can see an example of my translation into Kazakh on Meta here. I am fluent in Kazakh, English, Russian, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, and Turkish. Therefore, I would also like to translate content in these languages on Meta, as there is a significant lack of translations available.

Thank you for your time! --Erboldilyara (talk) 23:01, 6 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Erboldilyara: You don’t need to be a translation administrator for translation any pages. Read Meta:Translation administrators for information about translation adminship and what rights you obtain by it. Svārtava (tɕ) 03:51, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
