Hi. I'd like to request translation adminship. I mostly contribute to Chinese translations, mainly in Tech News, recently in Wishlist. I've learned some basics by seeing staff prepare Tech News and various announcements. I don't usually write page/content that needs translations, but I often help fix translation markups, and I would like to mark them for translation right after the fix.
