File deletion

Hi there! Can an experienced admin please have a look at this File. User added qd, image was deleted and then restored. I deleted the image again and the user who is shown on the picture restored it. I removed the qd and now the quick deletion tag was readded. Please give me some advice or make a decision. Kind regards --Barras 16:40, 29 October 2009 (UTC)
- Strange. I have been concerned with Gerard's use of admin tools here for a while. The file is a duplicate of another, so it should obviously be deleted. His restoration made no sense. Majorly talk 16:44, 29 October 2009 (UTC)
