I am pleased to nominate Kaganer for regular adminship. Kaganer is a very active editor with plently of experience on our projects and one of the most prolific translation administrators here. In doing that job, Kaganer often encounters translated pages in need of deletion and since translation pages cannot be editted it has to tag the talk pages of those pages with {{delete}}; and we have to delete two pages instead of one. Giving him the tools so he can do it himself will be very helpful for him and for all of us and a step forward in the maintenance of our translations and translated pages. In addition to that, I'm sure he'll be helpful in other areas where maintenance will be required here at Meta.
