Hello, I would like to propose Glaisher as an additional Meta-Wiki administrator. He is a highly active cross-wiki contributor, and through his work tackling global vandalism, there are numerous occasions when he would find the administrator tools useful. His contributions to this project clearly show the need for the few extra tools.
