Abigor

Abigor has done excellent work on Commons, and I'm happy to see he's made a transition to working on Meta as well. Primarily, he has been doing countervandalism and tagging pages for speedy deletion, but he's also been doing some behind-the-scenes maintenance like categorization. I hope to rope him into helping with a few other things soon as well. Oppose - for now, for lack of experience. The user has enthusiasm, has recently been working on double redirects (which is in fact no longer a problem any more), and has even repeatedly "fixed" our demonstrative subpages of help:redirect or nominated them for deletion, and also used an unauthorised bot to flood the recentchanges list in zh-yue:, without realising it was not a good idea. But keep learning and you would get my support one day.
