Hey User:J ansari, renaming should always be done with moving user pages, leaving a redirect is just another option, but you can't "leave (or not leave) a redirect" if you don't move anything, so the user didn't request that. --TenWhile6 23:40, 14 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
