@J ansari That's an issue for the requester, as most of them are newbies, and they perfectly don't know how to request an unblock after a rename. Our general process is as follows: give notice, apply block, rename (if they ask), and unblock. —MdsShakil (talk) 07:27, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
