I'm a bit uncertain to this request, whether I should accept it or not. VAV (Vann- og avløpsetaten, "The Water and Sewerage Board") is a municipal agency in Oslo, and as such not acceptable as a username. What I wonder is if the proposed username could be interpreted as, as the username policy says, "intended to denote an individual person" (i.e., could "Simensj" be seen as a kind of personal name in Norwegian?)
