Change to string, and merge to git and translatewiki

@Glaisher: Hi, I suggest changing the sentence in the warning box, to say this:

Please make sure you select "do not invalidate the translations" if only minor changes have been made to the source translation units. Translations will be lost otherwise.

(That is: adding the word select and wrapping the string in quotation marks.) Because I stumbled over the current wording. :-)

Also, would it be good to copy this over to the default in git, so that it can propagate to the default in translatewiki?
