[edit]- Facilitating Peer Learning in Sub-Saharan Africa: A Wikimedia Foundation Initiative at Wiki-Indaba 2023.
User:Owula kpakpo, User:Bukky658: As the regional Liaison Officer for Sub-Saharan Africa in the Wikimedia Foundation’s Let’s Connect peer learning program, I had the privilege of co-presenting with Justice Okai-Allotey the Communications Manager of the Working Group. - Fostering Collaboration: Insights from the Let's Connect Learning Clinic at GLAM Wiki 2023.
User:Bukky658, User:Gorana Gomirac (VMRS): At the GLAM-Wiki 2023 Conference, I co-led the Let’s Connect Learning Clinic: Partnership Building Case Study session with Gorana Gomirac from Wikimedia Serbia, which stood out as a fundamental part of the event. This session focused on the dynamics of GLAM-Wiki partnerships, marked by a significant presentation from Hardiansyah and Rahma Azizah of Wikimedia Indonesia. They provided an extensive look into their GLAM-Wiki activities since 2012, covering diverse projects like open GLAM initiatives, digitization efforts, and educational workshops. This session highlighted the adaptability of these initiatives across different cultural and geographic contexts and fostered discussions on tackling challenges, sharing successful strategies, and measuring the impact of these collaborations, sparking engaging debates among participants.
