Indic Wiki Improve-a-thon 2022/Event

A2K has been conducting Indic Wiki Improve-a-thon 2022 and started to support communities to organise events to achieve the growth of all Wikimedia projects. During Indic Wiki Improve-a-thon 2022, A2K decided to support small or one-day events organised by Wikimedians in their localities to bring in new editors or co-working with existing editors. This improve-a-thon has its own theme and communities have to follow the theme and can edit together in their own language. A2K will provide some travel, and food (accommodation, if needed) expenses to participants.

  • The expenses, metrics, contribution or expected outcome of the event should be according to the small event to get some idea please follow the A2K's revised policies.
  • The community coordinators are expected to submit a plan consisting of details of participants, place of the event and expected outcome of the events in terms of total proofread pages. A2K team members are eager to facilitate such events as well wherever possible.
  • Proper bills are to be submitted for all the expenses to get the reimbursements.
  • Try to get all the bills in the name of CIS-A2K.
